MR1:The Contract Award Date was changed from 4/13/2007 to 3/14/2007 to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><>MR2: At the applicant's request, added the following entities: Dallas County Library, Grant County Library and Malvern Hot Spring Library to block 4 Worksheet C.<><><><><> MR3: Although dollars were not reduced, the following entities were removed: Mid-Arkansas Regional Library System, Carroll and Madison Library System, Lawrence County Library, Southeast Arkansas Regional Library, Crittendon County Regional Library and Northeast Arkansas Regional Library. <><><><><> MR4: At the applicants request, changed the names of Rogers Branch Library to Rogers Public Library; Rison Public School District to Cleveland County School District; St Joe Public School District to Ozark Mountain School District. <><><><><> Due to an anomaly in our application processing system, some discount(s) from Block 4 Worksheets A and/or B were transferred incorrectly to Block 4 Worksheet C.
