MR1: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application; Academy of Environmental Science Secondary HS 10134, Monroe Academy of Business Law 10744, Metropolitan Corporate Acad HS 11855, School for Commnunity Research and Learning 16022833, Global Enterprise HS 16022834, Satellite Three 16026519, and Aspire Preparatory MS 16038481. The student counts associated with the closed entities have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from $194,456.59 per month to $173,950.61 per month to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR3: The amount of the funding request was changed from $173,950.61 per month to $173,249.02 per month to remove: the ineligible entities.<><><><><> DR1: This FRN references the state replacement spin, SPIN number 143999999, as the service provider. The state replacement spin can be used in the following instances: (1) there is an expiring State Master Contract; (2) a FCC Form 470 posted to USAC's website for 28 days by a state agency or (3) its authorized agent must establish the competitive bidding for the expiring state master contract. In your response you indicated that the contracts are not actually expiring, therefore, you requested to cancel the FRN. While we acknowledge the cancellation request, the FRN is denied.
