FCDL Comment:
DR1:FCC Rules require applicants to evaluate the cost effectiveness of the fiber solutions and to choose the most cost effective solution. Documentation provided failed to demonstrated that the Dark Fiber solution is more cost effective than the requested Lit Fiber solution based on total cost. Therefore, the applicant has violated the competitive bidding program rules.||MR1:The Contract Award Date was changed from 7/13/2016 to 7/14/2016 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471.||MR2:The FRN was modified from $53,435.28 to $51,446.58 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR3:Data Transmission and/or Internet Access Services requested in FRN are connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs. As a result, the Connection Information questions were modified from “No” to “Yes” on this FRN since services connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs are eligible for support.
