FRN 2743999 did not support that there was a state law or statute, local rule, court order, or contract executed before the effective date of the E-rate Modernization Order (FCC 14-99) barring publication of the pricing and other information provided in the Item 21. As a result, the pricing information for products and services requested in this funding request will not be considered confidential and USAC may publish or otherwise disclose this information.
