MR1:The recipients of service for FRN Line Item 3 was modified to remove 16049408 KAMAS HEAD START CENTER to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR2:The amount of the funding request was changed from $1,067,978.76 to $1,049,216.00 to remove the ineligible product(s) or service(s): equipment costs.||MR3:The entities 17012747 CRIMSON CLIFFS MIDDLE SCHOOL and 17012748 CRIMSON CLIFFS HIGH SCHOOL have been determined to be new construction. New construction entities may only be eligible for Category 1 recurring services within the current funding year. Since 17012747 CRIMSON CLIFFS MIDDLE SCHOOL and 17012748 CRIMSON CLIFFS HIGH SCHOOL are not opening until 2018, 17012747 CRIMSON CLIFFS MIDDLE SCHOOL and 17012748 CRIMSON CLIFFS HIGH SCHOOL are ineligible to receive recurring services for 2017. The amount of the funding request was changed from $1,049,216 to 1,048,866.00 to remove the cost associated with the new construction site.
