MR1:Data Transmission and/or Internet Access Services requested in FRN are connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs. As a result, the Connection Information questions were modified from “No” to “Yes” on this FRN since services connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs are eligible for support.||MR2:The Recipients of Service for FRN Line Item 1 was modified to remove KAMAS HEAD START CENTER 16049408 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR3:The entities CRIMSON CLIFFS MIDDLE SCHOOL 17012747 and CRIMSON CLIFFS HIGH SCHOOL 17012748 have been determined to be new construction. New construction entities may only be eligible for Category 1 recurring services within the current funding year. Since CRIMSON CLIFFS MIDDLE SCHOOL 17012747 and CRIMSON CLIFFS HIGH SCHOOL 17012748 are not opening until 2018, CRIMSON CLIFFS MIDDLE SCHOOL 17012747 and CRIMSON CLIFFS HIGH SCHOOL 17012748 are ineligible to receive recurring services for 2017. The amount of the funding request was changed from $36,995.40 to $36,950.52 to remove the cost associated with the new construction sites.
