MR1:This is a new FRN. It was split from FRN 1799098570. The new FRN contains the following product(s)/service(s): Special Construction charges.||MR2:Documentation provided indicates that the Lit Date is Unknown for your Funding Request. Do not submit invoices until the fiber is lit. Please provide documentation that it is lit when submitting your invoice.||MR3:The FRN was modified from $154,348.56 to $134,629.79 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR4:Per FCC Order 14-189, to prevent warehousing of excess fiber capacity, applicants may only receive funding for special construction charges for Lit Fiber or Leased Dark Fiber if it is lit within the same funding year. If excess strands are being installed that will not be lit during the current FY and will remain dormant until lit for the applicant’s exclusive future use; the applicant must provide a cost allocation for the cost of the unlit strands. The applicant failed to provide a cost allocation. During the Fiber Review, it was determined that the calculation should be $1,228.00.
