You did not adhere to your own criteria in the vendor selection process. The new FRN for Fiber Maintenance and Operations is 1699144112 and the service provider is CVIN, LLC and SPIN 143035853. The product(s)/service(s) remaining in the original FRN are Dark Fiber IRU.
