MR1: The category of service was changed from Telecommunications to Voice Services in accordance with Program Rules. According to the FCC Order 14-99, Voice services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in funding year 2015. As a result, the Discount Rate of this FRN was reduced from 90% to 70%. <><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from a monthly charge of $1,156.14 to a monthly charge of $985.55 to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><> MR3: The amount of the funding request was changed from a monthly charge of $985.55 to a monthly charge of $953.56 to remove: the ineligible service(s) 3-Way Call Transfer for $24, Non-Published Service for $5 and Directory Assistance for $2.99.
