DR1: The maintenance/technical service contract or portion of the cited contract includes Real-Time 24/7 firewall monitoring services,weekly back up of data with off site fireproof storage, develop and provide in house computer training, advise on new hardware and software, develop and maintain security on computer systems, on site software management which are beyond basic maintenance. Pursuant to FCC rules the entire maintenance/technical support request is therefore ineligible.
