MR1: The FRN was modified from $17,863.28 a month to $17,542.38 to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR2: The amount of the funding request was changed from $17,542.38 a month to $17,509.67 a month to remove the ineligible: PIX 525-FO-BUN ($32.71). <><><><><> MR3: The funding request was reduced from $17,509.67 a month to $17,093.07 a month to remove the costs associated with Head Start students under the age of three for the following entities: EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER - 16050643 ($176.02 a month) and Cardenas Early Childhood Center - 90854 ($240.58). In addition, Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 was modified to remove the Head Start students under the age of three associated with these entities. Head Start students are not eligible for funding due to: the facility provides service to children below the state's minimum recognized age for Head Start.
