MR1:The One-Time Quantity for FRN Line Item 1799048485.016 was modified from 6 to 2 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR2:The amount of the funding request was changed from $204,033.09 to $201,122.10 to remove the ineligible product(s) or service(s): PDS2-003, 2XPRC060-153L20TL6 208V, 2JRC200-152D20DST5 120 V and partially ineligible use of GXT4-6000RT208.||MR3:Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections FRN was modified from non-recurring charges to recurring charges as required by FCC Rules.||MR4:The Product Type for FRN Line Item 1799048485.013 and 1799048485.014 was modified from Switch to Uninterruptible Power Supply to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR5:The Product Type for FRN Line Item 1799048485.016 was modified from Switch to Cabling to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR6:The Product Type for FRN Line Item 1799048485.022 was modified from Access Point to Antenna to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR7:The Product Type for FRN Line Item 1799048485.026 was modified from Access Point to Operating System Software of Eligible Equipment to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR8:The Product Type for FRN Line Items 1799048485.032 and 1799048485.033 was modified from Connectors to Cabling to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR9:Based on the applicant’s request, the One-time Eligible Cost of the FRN’s Product and Service Detail was changed from $201,122.10 to $132,631.60.||MR10:The Service Start Date has been changed from 5/1/2017 to 7/1/2017. Although non-recurring installation charges may occur and be invoiced before 7/1 of the FY (i.e. installation of Category One non-recurring services may occur as early as January 1 under certain conditions and installation of Category Two non-recurring services can occur as early as April 1 prior to the July 1 start of the funding year), the FCC Form 471 must list 7/1 of the funding year as the SSD. If your FRN contains any non-recurring installation charges that occurred prior to July 1 of the funding year, those charges may still be eligible for E-rate reimbursement during the invoicing process if all other eligibility conditions are met.
