DR1:No contract or legally binding agreement was in place when the FCC Form 471 Certification was filed. FCC Rules require that a contract be signed and dated by the applicant or a legally binding agreement is entered into prior to the filing of the FCC Form 471 Certification for the products and services requested. Since this requirement was not met, the FRN is denied.||MR1:Based on the applicant’s request, Lindbergh Elementary 76738, Douglass Elementary 76725, Coronado Middle School 76733, Sumner Arts-Science Academy 76726, Eugene Ware Elementary 76734, Frances Willard Elementary 76744, Washington HS 76788, and Bethel Elementary 76789 have been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN’s Product and Service Details.||MR2:The FRN was modified from $131,835 to $90,461.25 to agree with the applicant documentation.
