DR1:No contract or legally binding agreement was in place when the FCC Form 471 Certification was filed. FCC Rules require that a contract be signed and dated by the applicant or a legally binding agreement is entered into prior to the filing of the FCC Form 471 Certification for the products and services requested. Since this requirement was not met, the FRN is denied.||MR1:Based on the applicant’s request, Douglass Elementary 76725, Eugene Ware Elementary 76734, Frank Rushton Elementary 76753, Northwest Middle School 76764, Silver City Elementary 76778, Arrowhead Middle School 76803, and Rosedale Middle School 76750 have been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN’s Product and Service Details and One-time Eligible Cost of the funding request was changed from $1,050,098.56 to $823,248.||MR2:The FRN was modified from $823,248 to $768,364.80 to agree with the applicant documentation.
