FCDL Comment:
MR1: The discount for Anderson Alternative School and Central Computers Greek HS was increased based on the requested discount in Form 471 application 623853 which was filed by MISSOURI RESEARCH AND EDUCATION NETWORK. <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from a one time of $125,000 to $3,300 and from a monthly of $98,584 to $115,820 per month to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> DR1: USAC conducted an audit of Kansas City Missouri School District(KCMSD) E-rate applications in 2010. The audit recommended USAC deny this FRN for failing to conduct a fair and open competitive bidding process. KCMSD did not carefully consider all bids received, and did not have a contract or legally binding agreement in place when the FCC Form 471 was submitted. Thus, this FRN is denied.
