MR1: The discount for Berger-Vanderburg Elem School and Diekman Ele School was increased based on the requested discount in Form 471 application 607903 which was filed by Illinois Century Network. <><><><><> MR2: The shared discount was increased to a level that could be validated based on third party data. <><><><><> MR3: The dollars requested were reduced to remove: unsubstantiated dollar amount and ineligible charges for physical damange charge, regulatory cost recovery charges, direct billdownload charges, insurance deductible charges, and a late payment charge. <><><><><> MR4: The FRN was modified from $1700.00 per month to $1612.34 per month to agree with the applicant documentation.
