MR1: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application; Cincinnati Elementary School, Mystic Elementary School, and Educational Service Center. The student counts associated with the closed entities have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR2: The shared discount percentage was reduced to a level that could be validated by third party data. <><><><><> MR3: The category of service was changed from Telecommunications Service to Internet Access in accordance with Program rules.
