MR: Hoover School, Irving Preschool, Harry Hopkins Center, Education Service Center, Operations & Maintenance, Trosper Hoyt, and AEA have been added to Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application at the request of the applicant. <><><><><> DR: The FCC's Learning on the Go Waiver Order (DA 12-200), discontinued the Wireless Pilot Program known as E-rate Deployed Ubiquitously (EDU) or Learning on the Go (LOGO) for FY2012. Because this pilot program has been discontinued, no funds can be committed for off-campus use in the current funding year. You indicated that this FRN is a continuation of your previous EDU pilot and therefore, funding is denied.
