MR1: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application; BUNCHE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, HOLMES MIDDLE SCHOOL, MCKINLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL, and SUMMERFIELD SCHOOL. The student counts associated with the closed entity(ies) have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from $987.39 per month to $953.67 per month to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR3: The amount of the funding request was changed from $953.67 per month to $934.11 per month to remove the ineligible product(s) or service(s) admin expense fee for $3.88 per month and property tax allotment for $15.62 per month.
