MR1: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application; Graceland Elementary School, Lakeview Elementary School, Georgia Avenue Elementary School. The student counts associated with the closed entity(ies) have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR2: The amount of the funding request was changed from $4,706.52 per month to $4,640.08 per month to remove the ineligible entities; Lakeview Elementary School for $33.22 per month, and Georgia Avenue Elementary School for $33.22 per month.
