MR1: The FRN was modified from $24,549.70/month to $24,389.70/month to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR2: This FRN contains products and services for Telecommunications and Internet Access services. The Internet Access was not requested on the FCC Form 470 that established the competitive bidding process for the FRN. Therefore, the FRN was split in order to conduct an independent review of these respective services. The new FRN for Internet Access is # 2398046 for $8,738.50/month and the service provider is Sprint Spectrum, L.P. The product(s) and service(s) remaining in the original FRN are cellular voice services for $15,651.20/month. <><><><><> MR3: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application; LEE MIDDLE SCHOOL & MICHIGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. The student counts associated with the closed entity(ies) have been removed from the application.
