MR1: FRN modified in accordance with a RAL request. <><><><><> MR2: The category of service was changed from Telecomm Services to Voice Services in accordance with Program Rules. According to the FCC Order 14-99, Voice services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in funding year 2015. As a result, the Discount Rate of this FRN was reduced from 90% to 70%. <><><><><> MR3: The Service/Connection/Purpose, for FRN Line Item 1 was modified from Digital Transmission/DS-1/Transport to Voice Service/PRI/ISND/VOICE to agree with the applicant documentation.
