DR1:During the Selective Review you failed to provide all bids associated with this funding request. FCC Rules require applicants to retain all documentation regarding the competitive bidding process for a period of ten years after the last date of service received. ||DR2:Applicants are required to conduct a fair and open competitive bid process. Applicants are also prohibited from including the manufacturer’s name or brand on their FCC Form 470 or in the requests for proposals (RFPs) without including the words “or equivalent” to describe the requested service or product. During the review, it was determined that the applicant included the manufacturer’s or brand name for the requested products or services without including “or equivalent.” Therefore, this FRN is denied.||MR1:The Line count for FRN Line Item 1799000100 was modified from 1 to 3,427 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR2:In consultation with the applicant, the Service Start Date has been changed from July 1, 2016 to July 1, 2017.
