MR1: The category of service was changed from Telecommunications to Internal Connections in accordance with Program rules. <><><><><> MR2: Recurring services must be delivered during the relevant funding year; July 1 through June 30. According to the FCC's 2007 Eligible Services List, all funding requests for Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections are for services to be delivered within the July 1 to June 30 funding year. As a result, your non-recurring charges have been changed to recurring charges.
