MR1: On your FCC Form 471, it was indicated the products and services are being provided on a month-to-month arrangement. On 11/3/2015, you provided a contract dated 2/8/2010. Based on this information, USAC has modified the FRN to indicate that these are contractual products and services rather than month-to-month services. This FRN has been changed to reference contract number 6187, Contract Award Date of 2/8/2010 and Contract Expiration Date of 10/31/2015. <><><><><> MR2: Based on the applicant's request, the One-time Eligible Cost of the FRN's Item 21 was changed from $48,454 to $30,855. <><><><><> DR1: No contract or legally binding agreement was in place when the FCC Form 471 Certification was filed. FCC Rules require that a contract be signed and dated by the applicant or there be a legally binding agreement in place prior to the filing of the FCC Form 471 Certification for the products and services requested. Therefore, the FRN is denied.
