DR1:The RFP response due date was 04/06/2016 which is prior to the expiration of the 28 day competitive bidding waiting period as established by the filing of your FCC Form 470. Although you indicated in your Selective Review response that the RFP due date, 04/06/2016, was a typographical error, you failed to advise potential bidders of the correct RFP bid submission due date. As a result, the RFP was not available for 28 days after the filing of the FCC Form 470.||MR1:BEN 16060612 was determined to be a secondary location of BEN 7599 during the review of your member entity and the entities are considered part of a single school per State law. Your Item 21 Line Items for on this FRN was modified to remove the cost for Category Two funding from the secondary locations 16060612 and this cost was added to the Cost Allocation amount of the associated main location 7599. ||MR2:Based on the applicant’s request, the One-time Eligible Cost of the FRN’s Item 21 was changed from $3,295,644.98 to $3,279,162.54||MR3:The amount of the funding request was changed from $3,279,162.54 to $3,260,282.54 to remove un-posted BMIC service(s): CON-SNT-LICCT85C for $18,880.00.||MR4:Based on the review of your member entity(ies), the entity 16082457 ST MARY'S EARLY LEARNING CENTER has closed as a school site and was removed from the application.
